Keiana Rogers is the visionary founder of H.E.R. Holloman Enterprise Resources, a groundbreaking nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives through essential mental health and wellness services. With an unwavering commitment to improving mental health, combating substance use, advocating harm reduction, and fostering holistic well-being, Keiana has emerged as a beacon of hope for countless individuals and families.

Her mission is deeply personal. In 2018, Keiana’s daughter, Nickeisha Holloman, tragically

passed away as she also battled with mental health challenges. To honor her memory, Keiana created H.E.R. Holloman Enterprise Resources, determined to transform her grief

into a movement that empowers, heals, and uplifts her community and beyond.

Keiana’s professional credentials reflect her dedication and expertise. She holds a High School Diploma and is a CDCA II (Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant Level II), a Prevention Specialist, and a Peer Recovery Support Specialist, all accredited by the Ohio

Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OMHAS). She is also a Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS), an Ohio Crime Prevention Specialist, and a Violence

Prevention Professional (VPP) in Ohio’s first Hospital-Based Violence Prevention Program (HVIP), working alongside the City of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and UC Medical Center trauma teams.

Her multifaceted approach to wellness is further enriched by her certifications as a Yoga Instructor, Mentor, and Foster Parent, allowing her to address healing and resilience through multiple dimensions of care.

In addition to her nonprofit leadership, Keiana served as Program Director for the SuperSeeds Foundation for three years, expanding community resources and outreach. Under her guidance, H.E.R. Holloman Enterprise Resources has become a dynamic force for change, offering family, individuals, and group, trauma-informed care, grief support, case management, and life skills training.

Keiana’s journey is a testament to the power of resilience, purpose, and advocacy. By turning personal tragedy into transformative action, she has solidified her place as an influential leader, dedicated to improving the lives of others and shaping a more compassionate future for her community.
